Sidikalang coffee is one of the good characteristic examples that reflects terroir or a “taste of place” of Sumatran coffees. It exhibits a nice perfumy fragrance of roasted peanut as a backdrop with complex mixture of sweety spicy (cardamom, cinnamon), sweety camphoric (corriander seeds), anise seed and warmth of Jamaican pepper.
